Both are looking for a new home.
I would like to add a little message to all my collectors about the Teddy Bears Cross Stitch on Tummy, I started in November 2015. I did not tell anything before but I will do it now.
Why I did it ? I needed to raise funds to rescue my cat, Plume who had to have an important surgery.

So, I would like to thanks all my collectors who helped me in that difficult time, as the funds paid the vet bills, even the last one, when she passed away.
To honour Plume, my cat, I will continue the edition for a while and thanks to you all, for the support you gave me.


The second one is Snowy, the white bunny.

He is 6.7 inches tall, very soft and with beautiful handmade eyes.

Created from a mix of acrylic and mohair thread and yarn.
I added very carefully details,with precision and extra care .
Standing just over 3 inches tall.
I added hand-painted gentle shadings and details.

She has black eyes.

5 way jointed.
Firmly stuffed with premium poly fiberfill.
Ailsa wears a skirt with ruffles. She has a little hat on her head.
She is so sweet and has a lot of love to give.

I'm sure she will find a Mommy very soon.

She comes from a smoke-free home.

A Thread/Clay Teddy Bear

For a first time, I made a teddy bear and I mixed two medium, clay and thread.

I did not have any clue how to attach the legs and the arms.  For the head, no problem, a disc-joint and it worked, but...

Finally yesterday, a sparkle in my brain and I found a technique to attach them.

I put her on EBay and her name is Danica.

So, the body is crocheted and I added a beaded skirt and a crochet collar.

Brittany arrived home, yesterday

Brittany, my teddy bear arrived home yesterday ; for the story, we went to Moncton, to deliver her to her new Mom... She was not at her office, so we let the bear in her office...

Here is what she wrote, when she met her for the first time....
"Hi Chantal,

She is beautiful.. so elegant and just what I was hoping for. I hope she has it for a lifetime and hands it down to her children, and their children afterwards."

If I understand very well, my little Brittany will become a family treasure.....
