Here are the writing instructions for the Plain Brioche Stitch.

Set  up  row:  P1,  k1,  (sl1yo,  k1),  p1.   

In French, en français:

Rang de préparation: 1 m.env, 1m.end., glisser la maille suivante à l'envers, jeté, et tricoter la maille suivante et son jeté ensemble, jusqu'à la fin du rang, terminer par une maille envers.

Plain  brioche  stitch  with  a  selvedge  edge:   

Row 1 (RS):  K1,  (sl1yo,  brk1),  sl1yo,  k1. 

Row 2 (WS):  P1,  brk1,  (sl1yo,  brk1),  p1. 

In French en français:

Le point brioche avec mailles lisière

Rang 1 : côté endroit : m.end. (glisser la maille suivante à l'envers, jeté, tricoter à l'endroit la maille suivante ainsi que son jeté)

Répéter jusqu'à la fin du rang, terminer par une m.end.

Rang 2 : côté envers : m.env, tricoter à l'endroit la maille suivante et son jeté (glisser la maille suivante à l'envers, jeté, tricoter à l'endroit la maille suivante ainsi que son jeté).

Répéter jusqu'à la fin du rang, terminer par une m.env.

Yes, it is along time now that I did not write anything on my blog and I want to be back more often.
I have now a YouTube channel where I  will publish tutorials about fibers, starting knitting, crochet etc.. for beginners first, showing my way to knit.
