Today, the Ailsa pattern has been released on Etsy.

Let me introduce my newest Thread Crochet Teddy Bear Pattern, made from thread.

Crochet Level: Medium and Advanced Beginners

The pattern contains 11 pages of clear instructions, a lot of pictures, fully detailed and you will learn a new technique for filling the head of your teddy bear, how to make a 3D embroidered nose and how to make correctly bendable arms.

This is a pattern that will bring your own creativity to a new level, 

You will need :
Size 10 steel crochet hook. (1.30 mm)
Cotton thread 8
3 mm black onyx eyes 
Ribbon 
Scissors 
Needle nose pliers 
Polyester Fiberfill for stuffing. 
Artist pencils or pastels for shading 
Upholstery Thread for jointing 
A Wire brush to fuzz up your bear.

A Photos Day

I had to update my artist picture, for the URSA Contest first, and other sites.
My husband took them...poor him. I hate to be photographed, and on 80 pictures, only a few are ok...
but you will see the difference.
For my artist picture, I have to be an artist and with my cat Figaro, it was me with myself....LOL

And with my Figaro .... no stress at all....

Lucka is a little teddy bear girl, with a mini Yorkie ; she is 2.8 inches tall.

Picture I like a lot

Yesterday, I was preparing the teddy bear "Love" for a long travel, by airmail.... to Europe.....and Alain decided to take pictures.  On my right shoulder I had my bird, Candy and the left shoulder, the teddy bear.
And, here is the result.....

Frustrated.....

Since a few days now, we don't have any mail ; the Canadian Posts decided a lock out last Wednesday ; my fear, I shipped 2 teddy bears just before the lock out and I had to stop to put bears on Ebay....
However, it looks that Harper voted a new law and the employees will have to go back work on next Monday.
I continue my work and my passion ; 3 teddy bears will be ready very soon.
But, somewhere, I'm feeling that I'm so dependent of their services... and I don't like it....
I'm crossing fingers for a fast restart of Canada Posts.
I checked prices with other mail companies ; it's very expansive.
I have another solution ; going to US and bring my parcels there...
We will see....

Her face is finished with gentle shadings and needlefelted for a part. She is filled with new materials and 5way jointed. She has an embroidered and glazed nose. She has a ribbon around her head and 2 mini bows on each side of her head. She will arrive home with her toy, an antique teddy bear, made and designed by me also.
