Australian Bear Creations

Last week, it was a very sad week for me and my family and this week, news are better.
I would like to share the good one with you : I have been featured in the magazine Australian Bear Creations and here are the pictures for you. The magazine has been published yesterday, December 15th 2015.
Thanks to be there for me. it's because of you that Chantal Bears is alive and you can not imagine how you are so important for me.

Two new patterns just released on Etsy.

I received a large request to make a pattern for a beret style hat, and finally I did it.
So, I decided to add instructions for a knitting dress. romper and a beret style hat.
The pattern contains only accessories, not the teddy bear.

New Year 2014, 3 teddies on Ebay

My first post for 2014.

This year, I will participate to a few online shows and I decided to split my teddy bears in 2 editions, one for the fabric teddies and another one for the thread teddies.

Until now, it works but I needed to apply a schedule. A part of my work time for the fabric ones and another part for the thread ones.
If I will follow the schedule, perhaps, we will see LOL

And I would  like to show you my thread teddies because I'm still working on my big size babies.

Work in Progress

I decided to design a new teddy bear for my patterns.
The process is longer than usual because I'm doing a few teddy bears from the new pattern.

Yesterday, I took pictures of 2 of them. Four have been made.
Not formal pictures, but I liked to show them in my studio....

And I used the free Editor Photoscape, recommended a fellow  teddy bear artist.

Today, I will write the pattern, the draft...

I used a new technique, not new, but new for my little ones.

The teddy bear can take any positions with the filling I used.

The result is surprising and great.

For the moment, I'm writing a new pattern... And here are the pictures I took yesterday night.
One bear is in progress and the other one is waiting to dry after dyeing with coffee.

A New Epattern released today

I received a large request from people asking me how I could give personality to my teddy bears....
Finally, I wrote a new booklet containing 14 pages and 36 pictures showing "how to"
